School-Day Information

Hello everyone,
What a busy, fast and fun first week of school it has been! St. Charles continues to grow and our enrollment currently is at 208 students, with nine classes.
At St. Charles we are using School-Day, an on-line cashless system in order to minimize the handling of cash at school, streamline/simplify payment options for parents, and reduce paper.
If you are a returning family you should have received School-Day notifications for the following:
- Neighbourhood Walk Permission Form
- Mass Permission Form & Payment
- Agenda Book Payment **
Soon you will be receiving notification regarding:
- Open House & Pizza-Q
- Internet Acceptable Use Policy
**Agenda Books - when you log into School-Day click on your child's name, there you will see the option to pay for the school Agenda book. You will have to complete this process for each of your children. This is slightly different from signing permission forms and/or paying for trips.
If you are new to St. Charles earlier this week you will have received an information letter containing a 10-digit key code along with instructions to sign up for School-Day. Please be sure to click the box to receive notifications. We ask that you complete this process as soon as possible.
